The Ziath OptiCapper has been designed to quickly and easily remove and replace screw capped tubes. Ideal for aseptic procedures as this equipment requires only one-handed operation; simply insert the tube and the device will remove and retain the cap. With its small footprint the Ziath Opticapper can easily be operated within any size of sterile enclosure. Interchangeable heads mean that any sized tube can be used.

OptiCapper is easy to use, operated by single hand action inserting the cap in the capping head which unscrews the cap, which is retained in the capper whilst the contents of the tube are removed. Offer up the tube into the cap to replace the cap.
Reduces the risk of RSI.
OptiCapper has a slipper clutch which permits the precise setting of the cap torque/tightness.
Capper heads are interchangeable and available for all cap sizes.
OptiCapper works in two modes: uncap/re-cap or cap only.
OptiCapper has a vacuum cup fitted at its base, fitting onto any smooth service, like a lab bench or in a flow hood cabinet; this negates the necessity of screwing OptiCapper in place.
OptiCapper has a small footprint thereby saving valuable lab space.
OptiCapper is easy to remove from the bench and is easily moved around the lab.
